After 'Love, Now', Annie and George collaborate again in 'Love Around'...

Hey everyone,

Thank you for all your support on this blog, when I first started writing a blog on ‘Love, Now’,  I didn’t realise that I would get so many views on it, as you probably have guessed by now I really loved this drama and I especially love the pairing of Annie and George, so it may be no surprise to you at all that I have started to watch their latest collaboration, ‘Love Around’ as well.

It is also safe to say that I am addicted to that show as well… the storyline is very different from Love, Now and also George and Annie portray very different characters. I just wanted to say that I will also be blogging about ‘Love Around’ and also will be doing the same thing as I did with ‘Love, Now’, with the episodic reviews.

Summary: Annie stops in her step and she turns round and rushes over to George... she then is disappointed and thinks that she was just imagining things... she cries a little and then turns to leave... George is holding onto her weakly, Annie turns again to look at George and she sees his eyelids moving... she tells the nurse to go and get the doctor and Annie then hugs George and she jokes to George and says that he was horrible for not replying her whilst she had been talking to him over the past few days... George then hugs Annie and tells her that everything is fine now...he tells her that he has a really bad dream that he lost her forever... he say that was the worst thing that could ever happen to him... he tells her that his life was a misery... Annie tells him that she was exactly the same whilst he was in a coma she felt exactly the same and that it was the worst feeling ever. George then suddenly gets anxious again and asks Annie what happened after the crash... Annie reassures him that she is fine and that their baby was also fine... Annie goes and gets the baby and they dote over her... Annie's dad then comes back and he watches the couple and their child and smiles at their blissfulness...
Harry takes Vivi home and as she gets off the van she gets a phone call from Annie telling her that George had woken up, Vivi is really happy and she starts crying... Vivi wants to go and visit George but Annie tells her that he is doing some checkups and tell her to visit later on... Vivi agrees. Vivi tells Harry of the good news and she is really happy, Vivi then gets another call and she then says that she will go and pick them up when they arrive... Harry overhears and offers to take her... Vivi then looks at his truck and Harry says it will be fine and that he will organise everything properly, all Vivi has to do is tell him the time. Vivi then says OK.
Back at the hospital George is cradling his daughter... Annie tells George of her fear of losing the baby when she was knocked over... George says that all these things that have happened to them just adds to their life and that the everything means so much more. George says to Annie that his bad dream was too real and that he was so broken up that now he is back in real life he has to make the most of it. Annie then asks George if he had thought of a name but he said his mum was going to do that... Annie then says that maybe when they get home, they wont have a chance of holding the baby because everyone else will be doting over the baby... George says they wont have a chance as he will be all over the baby...
Everyone is back at the Lan household and Grandma is holding onto the baby... Aunt wants to hold the baby but Grandma wont let go... everyone is doting over the little baby... finally Aunt says to grandma to let Annie's dad hold the baby... Grandma then reluctantly hands over the baby... Aunt sits close to Annie's Dad and then says she doesnt want to be a great aunt and she wants to be the grandmother (implying Annie's dad being Grandad and her being grandma to the baby) hahaha LOL
Dad tries to avoid her and asks George whether or not the baby had a name... George then gives two ides... George says that Grandma will choose them but he has chosen a nickname for the baby and it is HuanHuan... everyone loves the name... Esther then brings up their bet again and she tells everyone to pay up... 
Annie is back in her room trying to change HuanHuan's nappy but she keeps moving about... George then comes in and he takes over...
Annie then says that she feels useless and she then jokes and tells George to call her a human milk bottle and a human pillow as that is all she is...George comforts her and tells her that food and sleep are the most important things to the baby at the moment so Annie is the most important... They put HuanHuan to sleep and they go to sleep as well... George starts having nightmare again and he becomes really restless in his sleep... Annie turns over to look at him and George keeps mumbling Annie's name... Annie wakes George up and tells him that it is OK and she is still around... Annie cuddles into George and tells him to sleep and he can hold onto her to make sure she is there.
The next morning, at HaoSheng Aunt and Esther are planning how to get Dad to go on a date with Aunt and finally they decide to plot a romantic dinner... that evening Angus, Esther, Aunt and Dad all wear red to a restaurant and have dinner... Esther and Angus hit it off and Esther accepts Angus but Dad is still not warming to Aunt.
The next morning, Annie and George go out together so they get Grandma and Mum to look after HuanHuan, just as they are about to leave and open the door, they see Harry dressed in a bow tie and suit standing behind the door, Annie and George go out and Harry comes inside... Vivi goes and gets ready and Mum and  Grandma drag Harry to sit down and have a chat... They thank Harry for saving George, Annie and the Baby when their accident happened... they then tell Harry that Vivi actually quite likes him and Harry then says that he doesnt really like Vivi... in fact he really LOVES her hahaha... Mum tells Harry that Vivi got really upset after their misunderstanding but this only happened because she really liked him in the first place... Vivi listens into the conversation and then just drags Harry to go out...
As Vivi and Harry walk to get the car... Harry asks Vivi why she was smiling, she tells him that his suit made him look quite amusing... Vivi then asks Harry why he was smiling and he says that its because of the conversation he just had with Mum and Grandma and now he knows that Vivi does actually like him... Vivi just says to him that was the past and now its the present...
Harry had rented this really posh looking car and he gets into the car and starts driving... he then asks Vivi who they were going to pick up at the airport and it turns out to be YanKai (Vivi's ex-boyfriend)... Harry overreacts a little and starts asking a ton of questions and gets really jealous... Vivi just laughs sweetly.
Annie and George are at the forest again and Annie cuddles into George and tells him to feel reality and tells him to feel that she is there for real and that she will never leave him ever again... She tells him that all the dream was was a bad dream and that it will never be true because they will live on together, she tells him that he has a whole lifetime to realise her dreams... the couple then plant their own tree and promise to watch it grow old as they do... there are then pictures of Annie and George at important points of their life... when they met at uni, when he tried to look for her... when he saw her again on the island... when they first went to the forest... then back to Annie and George... Annie then asks George what he thinks would have happened if he had managed to give Annie back her pen on the day... George think for a while and then there is a short clip of a scene where George goes catch up with Annie... Annie gives him tissue to wipe his sweat and then Annie turns to leave... George follows after her and asks her where she was going and follows her... there is then a voice over and George says... if i did catch up with up that day then I think we would have been together for 6 more years... Annie says are you sure... and adds that she wasn't easy to get... She then says '所以真愛還是要趁現在', 'so that's why with true love you should take up the opportunity now ' = LOVE NOW

Summary: Mandy and Bobby are in their room now, and Bobby is messing around with Mandy, next the doorbell rings and its Bobby's mum, she apologizes to Bobby and says that she is sorry that she wasn't the perfect mother figure. Bobby then tells her that it is all fine and Bobby tells her that now he has an addition to the family. Bobby then goes out of the room to go and buy a coffee... Mandy and mum then have a conversation and Mum tells Mandy to have a happy life together... Mandy and Mum then have a little chat about Bobby since he was young and talk about his cute personality... Bobby finally comes back and Mum just tells him that she has to leave... Bobby tries to stop her but she tells him that this was the night of their marriage... LOL
As  his Mum is about to leave, she tells him that he needs to go and meet Mandy's parents and need to show them his sincerity... Bobby then embraces his mum and she is really touched... she finally leave and leave the newly weds to themselves...
Mandy is looking at Bobby sweety and she then praises Bobby for being really sweet towards his mother. The two then start messing around again...
The next morning Esther and Dad are at home and Esther is saying how it was such a shame they didn't trick Bobby some more yesterday but Dad just tells her that she should just leave the newly wed alone... Mandy and Bobby then come in and Esther takes a jibe at Bobby yet again... Mandy then goes onto explain that they took Bobby's mum home and came over to say goodbye before the couple set off for their honeymoon... Bobby is really nervous and quite... he isn't quite himself and it turns out that he is really anxious about going to see Mandy's parents... Esther teases him yet again... Dad comforts him and says that he should just be himself and it will all be OK.
Annie is on the phone to Mandy and aplogizes to Mandy for not being able to see them off for their honeymoon as she needed to go for a check up... Annie tells them to have fun and then says goodbye... George then comes over and Annie tells him that Mandy told her that Bobby was acting really weirdly... George and Annie then figure out that Bobby was nervous about seeing his in-laws... they then starts laughing... Annie then questions George about his initial feeling when he met her dad and George... George tries to avoid the questions but Annie keeps persisting... George finally gives in and says yes... Annie then goes and gets the camcorder and starts filming... George then gets all embarrassed and says he forgot and then Annie says he has to say and he starts explaining that he was really nervous... Annie wants to continue filming but they have to leave as they had an appointment...
Annie and George are now walking on the pavement and Annie keeps persisting... George then tells her that yes he was anxious but it was all worth it in the end... they then start crossing a zebra crossing and suddenly a  motorcycle nearly crashes so he swerved and goes in the direction of Annie and George... George tries to push Annie out of the way ... Annie's bag goes flying and hit the ground and the sand timer smashes into tiny fragments.... Annie lands on the floor as well and George hits his head on the pavement...
Harry is cyclying by and sees them and immediately rushes over to help...
Annie is in so much agony and she tries to reach for George... George is a bit dazed as he hit his head but he also tries to reach over for Annie... their hands finally meet.
Next... George is sitting on his bed and he watches some of the recording done on his camcorder... he is holding Annie's necklace on his hand and he then says aloud that Annie lied to him and that she has left him and that their time had separated... a little girl then runs into the room and it is his daughter (HuanHuan). George looks at HuanHuan and smile but he is covering his pain... George's mother, grandmother and sister try to take HuanHuan out into the living room as if to leave George in peace but HuanHuan just wants to stay with her dad... George off course say OK... he then tells her that they will go to the seaside and she says she wants to go... George then picks her up and they leave...
George and HuanHuan are at the seaside and George tells HuanHuan why he likes the seaside so much and it is because both times he proposed to Annie it was at the seaside...
George then sits down on a fallen log and is deep inn thought whilst his daughter plays... HuanHuan then comes over... George asks HuanHuan is she was unhappy that he didnt spend a lot of time with her but she says no and that she loves him the most... HuanHuan then starts listing in the order of who she loved the most and 'mummy' doesnt come up on the list... George then feels really guilty and says that it was his fault that HuanHuan doesnt know how much Annie loved her... HuanHuan then asks where Annie was and George doesnt know what to say... they finally leave the seaside...
Next we see George in the forest all by himself ... he walks toward the tree Annie planted and then he starts talking... he asks her how her week has been and he tells her that he is still the same and says asks her why this week she hasnt appeared in his dreams...
Then it show George walking into the classroom where he as Annie first met at Uni...he then say that she was still so real but that he hates himself for not being able to help her realise her dreams and also not even getting to say for the last time 'I Love You'... George then sees Annie when he dreams in his little nap on the table...  Annie tells him that he is her most beloved and she believes in him... he holds out his hand as if to touch her but then retracts... Annie then smile and grabs onto his hand and George looks surprised...
... Annie hold onto George's hand in hospital and is telling him that he has to wake up... Annie tells George that he is the most important thing to her and she keeps telling him to get up... George is lying on his hospital bed with mutiple wires and devices attached to him... George's mum, grandma and sister are standing behind Annie and are telling her she should be a bit calmer as she just had a baby but Annie is overwhelmed with emotion and is really upset... They try and comfort her and say that he will definitely awake... Grandma then walks over to George and says to him that he promised her that their family would not lose another member... everyone then turns to comfort Grandma and takes her out of the room... Annie is still sitting there watching George... Vivi then tries to comfort Annie and tells her to have a rest... Annie says she is scared that when she leaves, something will happen... Annie is sitting there crying uncontrollably and says all she wants now is for George to wake up... she holds onto George's hand and sits by his side...
Vivi is walking along the hallway and she sees Harry coming towards her... Harry notices Vivi is really tried and says to he that he will give her a lift home and she agrees.
Annie is still with George and he dad comes in and tells her that she really should take a rest... Annie says she is not tired... Annie tries to get her dad to go away and she says she wants to have some hot milk and he goes to buy it...
Annie is finally on her own with George and she talks to George and reminds him that he was the one who said they would be together forever and ever when he proposed at the seaside... Annie then tells George that he favourite surprise from her surprise box was his kiss... Annie tells George that he had rest for too long and it was time for him to wake up.... A nurse then comes in and tells Annie that her baby could come out of it's incubator today so they needed her to go over there... Annie asks the nurse to wait for a sec and she tells George that she is going to see their baby and will be back shortly... just as Annie turns to leave... George weakly calls her name... Annie is shocked and just stands still...

I cried so much watching this episode... tears just poured out of my eyes...  I was so relieved to find out that it was all just a bad dream and that Annie hadn't died... If Annie died, I would have been so angry at the script writers... for the part when it seemed as if she died I was livid... I thought to myself how could the couples love face so many obstacles and they climb over each one and still not manage to be together happily, luckily it wasnt real!...
Their daughter was adorable but the part on the beach when she didnt list 'Mummy' into the ones she loved most, my heart broke...
Only one episode to go guy... hoping for a happy ending for all :D

28/2/13 Love, Now episode 70 真愛趁現在 第七十集

Summary: Annie is 2 months from her due date now and both Annie and George are extremely excited for the baby to arrive... Mandy and Bobby are having their wedding photos done by XiaoWei, he looks really professional and the couple are really happy and lovey dovey together.
When Annie and George get home everyone asks then whether it was a boy or girl but Annie tells them that they didnt ask. The grandma is really eager to know and says that she doesn't want to have the bet any more and says that she wants to find out right away. George says to them that the longer they wait the more special the moment it will be.
Back at Bobby's office XiaoWei shows him his wedding shot and they look awful... the pictures either are blurred or cuts off half his face etc...Bobby gets really angry and is about to hit XiaoWei but it turns out that those were the bad pictures folder and then he shows Bobby the good ones and they are absolutely stunning... Next then George walks into the office and he asks Bobby about his bachelor party and Bobby agree immediately...
George goes home to Annie and tells her about Bobby saying yes... Annie then says she make sure he has a hard time... the baby then kicks Annie and George goes and gets the camcorder and starts recording again...
The next day is Bobby's bachelor party and George has to work again but Annie tells him not to be too late tonight. Bobby is at work and he tells everyone they should clear up and finish work... he is expecting everyone to want to leave early to help set up his party venue but they all tell him that George is responsible for everything.
Later on Bobby arrives at the venue and there is no one there... he phone up Annie and she tells him that it is seven and Bobby thought it was 8(when the party was meant to start), he then doesn't believe it and then phones up Esther and she says the same. Bobby is about to leave and then all his employees come in with all the decor and drinks and sets up, so Bobby watches that as well...
Later on... finally everyone has arrived but the party is so boring!!! there is no alcohol... Bobby wants to get some drinks but Annie says no and tells everyone that the party will end at 12... LOL
Finally Bobby just says he wants some fun and XiaoWei says there is something special... a girl comes out dressed as cat woman and just when things look as it it was heating up she ask her boss (George) is she could finish work now... George say yes and she just leaves... Bobby then just accepts his party and thanks them anyway... XiaoWei and Bobby's woman employee then sing the drama's ending song in Taiwanese...
The next day Bobby is getting dressed and suddenly his phone rings and Annie is on the line asking where he is... Bobby says he has plenty of time as its only about 8:40 but Annie tells him its 9:40... he looks at a clock and it say 9:40... Annie tells Bobby that XiaoWei is outside to pick him up... Bobby jumps on the car and they set off towards the venue... they are then met with traffic and the car also runs out of fuel... Bobby just gets off the car and runs and runs towards the venue... he finally makes it there and he is met in the room by everyone and they all shout surprise... he had been truly pranked!
XiaoWei actually made his phone one hour slower and they had basically been scheming this since yesterday!... Bobby then finds it all a joke but he is worried about his appearance and it turns out that Annie has got him a suit. He goes and has a shower and changes...
Next is the all important wedding... Bobby is standing at the alter and is waiting anxiously... finally the doors open and Mandy emerges, Annie's dad walks her down the aisle and she looks absolutely stunning... at the alter, Dad hands Mandy's hand to Bobby... Mandy and Bobby then exchange vows and rings... Bobby's mum is sitting in the pews and couldn't help but cry... They are officially pronounced husband and wife and share a kiss.
After they go outside... Aunt holds the bouquet and she is over the moon, she then accidently trips over Angus' foot and throw the bouquet and it lands in Vivi's hand and then everyone keep playing with the bouquet .. finally Aunt gets it back and after encouragement from her audience she advances on Annie and Esther's dad...

Summary: Mandy just takes off the engagement ring and then just goes off to work... Bobby is really distraught and then he goes to visit Annie and goes and asks for her and George's advice... they tell him that even though Mandy is angry its not that she doesn't want to get married and they tell him just to think of a way of show his sincerity...
Mandy is at home and a friend calls to ask her if she want to go on a girly holiday and Mandy says she will decide later... Esther then comes home and she sees Mandy without her ring and asks her what happened... Mandy tells her about the situation and Esther tells Mandy to go on that holiday and use the time to test Bobby as well... Bobby then calls and Mandy meets him outside... Mandy tells him about her planned trip and also tells him that he cant call or text or contact her and Mandy tells him that this was his test... Bobby cant object so he agrees.
The next day, Vivi is going to her publisher and she sees Harry's car and it is about to be towed away and he goes up to the man and tells him that its her friends car and he had just run in to get something... Harry then comes running out carrying a box and he sees Vivi, he is really happy to hear that Vivi called him her friend... Vivi then just says she has a meeting and just leaves.
Next Vivi comes to the hospital to see Annie and Annie asks him about Harry...George gets really sensitive about the subject and tells Vivi that she should stay away form Harry... Vivi says its not a problem but George gets a bit agitated.
Next at the Yang household, Bobby is frantically checking his phone to see if Mandy called but she hadn't... Esther comes home and she offers to call Mandy... Bobby stand next to her and keeps gesturing and Mandy kind of realises that it is Bobby's idea... Esther helps him deny it and then some guy on the other side tells Mandy that lunch is ready and Mandy goes off for lunch... Bobby gets really anxious after hearing a guys voice...
George is by Annie's bedside and she sees some fried rice and she asks George is she can eat some... George says he has to go and ask the doctor... it originally seemed as if it was just George and Annie in the room but actually Bobby is there... he keeps nagging Annie to call Mandy but Annie says no as Mandy will guess that it was Bobby... Bobby looks as if he hadn't slept for days... George then advises Bobby to do some work and hopefully will be able to take his mind of the time... Bobby gets up and leaves.
Next we see Annie and George go to a restaurant but it was closed... the chef then turns up and George had pre organised it... The chef makes fried rice for the couple and initially Annie teases George and doesn't let him have any and she says its for her and the baby... but then she does let him have some... next the chef bring out a pudding for Annie with a straw and Annie is surprised that the chef knew and he then says that it was George who organised it... Annie is really touched and George then just adds that 'keep your smile' was his most important job... Annie is smitten and just enjoys her pudding.
Annie is still resting in the hospital and Esther and George is there with her... then Mandy comes in and she is home early form her trip... Annie and Esther tell Mandy how much Bobby missed her and Mandy then goes off to try and find him. She calls his mobile and it is switched off and then she calls his office and the young guy says that he is at a hotel... Mandy gets all worried and rushes over to find him... Bobby is talking to Albee (one of George's employees)'s cousin and negotiating some work. They then finish the chat. Next we see Mandy knocking at a room door and Albee's cousin opens the door... Mandy asks her where Bobby is and she tells her that he has left... Mandy then sees Bobby's jacket and asks the cousin why it was there and she just replies that he left it behind. Mandy hears someone in the shower and then she runs over and opens the shower door and it turns out to be another guy... Bobby then runs in to grab his jacket and sees Mandy... he just takes her by the hand and leaves...
Outside Bobby teases Mandy and says that she was just jealous and he tells her that now she can feel what he went through about the whole jealously thing when the Doctor appeared on the scene... Mandy is won over and she hold out her hand and Bobby once again puts the engagement ring on her finger and the two decide to go and see his mum.
The next day, George is helping Annie pack as she is discharged from the hospital... the doctor comes to say goodbye and wishes them well... the couple walk hand in hand into a lift and when they emerge Annie's tummy had grown so much (they have moved on a few weeks)... The couple leave the hospital and they talk about not finding out the sex of the baby as the whole family are in on a bet to guess the sex...

Summary: Annie and Mandy are now sitting on the bench and Bobby appears on one of the TV screens and he speaks to Mandy and asks her how long it takes for someone to fall in love, he then says that he has fallen in love with her, next we see a role play type thing and Esther plays Mandy and Angus plays Bobby, it describes the first time that Bobby rejects Mandy and he describes of his heartache to reject her and also he tells her the sole reason her did so was because at that time he couldn't accept her occupation... Next Bobby talks of his realisation that he had really fallen for Mandy when she helped resolve his misunderstanding with his mother, there is then a re-enactment of the scene of when Bobby gives his mother a piggy back at the bridge, aunt acts as Bobby's mother. Next Bobby explains of his pain when Mandy rejected him in the hospital and yet again there is a re-enactment... Bobby then appears on the screen again and he talks about how much Mandy now means to him and he then says he has something to say to her but he has to say it in person... The screen then goes off and Bobby emerges from the shop... Mandy is so moved by the video that she is crying... Annie then stands up and walks off towards the audience of George, Esther and Angus and leaves Mandy and Bobby looking at each other... Mandy then stands up as George approaches her and he holds up his hand and she puts hers on top and then Bobby hold out the ring and Mandy just giggles... Bobby then gets down on one knee and asks Mandy to marry him... Their audience then start chanting 'say yes say yes...' And finally Mandy nods... The couple then embrace and George then teases Bobby and welcomes him into the husbands category! Esther's phone then goes off...
Esther goes and sees Vivi as she has another 30 books for her to sign, Vivi signs all of them and she asks Esther whether or not they were for Harry... Esther says yes and then tries to talk to Vivi about Harry but Vivi cuts her short and Esther gets that Vivi doesn't want to talk about it. Esther then leaves to deliver the books...
Next we see Harry at his stall and still selling Vivi's books and Vivi then walks up to him, it takes some time before he realises that she is standing there but when he does he doesn't know how to react and when he realises he decides to run... Vivi tells him to stop and then he turns round and Vivi then starts speaking... Vivi tells Harry just to forget about the past and talks to him about how revenge, guilt, sadness is just all a vicious circle... Finally Vivi adds that she has already forgiven him and tells him that they should both just move on... Vivi then just turns and walks away... Harry is overwhelmed and when his friend called all Harry can say is that Vivi has forgiven him and he keeps repeating it as if it was to make himself believe it as well.
That evening Mandy, Bobby, George and Annie are at Dad's house all having dinner and they are all happy and are celebrating Bobby and Mandy's engagement.
That evening Bobby had booked a suite in the hotel for himself and Mandy and they go there to watch a film but he chooses a scary movie and they watch it but they are both petrified and Mandy just cant stand it and just says to Bobby that she wants to leave and they just go...
The next morning Annie is admitted to hospital ready for her operation, her operation is scheduled for the next day at 1 in the afternoon... the doctor comes in to explain things and as cool as he is he finishes talking and just leaves...
The big day for the operation... Everyone is there to walk with Annie in her bed to the operation theatre... they stop outside the theatre and Annie is fidgeting and George can see she is very nervous and everyone takes it in turns to comfort her and she then finally goes in... the doctor just tell her to relax and think about it as having a dream and then it will be over... she goes under and then there is flashback of her and George and how they were talking prior to the operation and they swear faithfully to wait for each other...
The operation is finally over and a nurse comes out and says that only one person is allowed in at a time and Grandma was going to go in, but then they say that Dad should go in first and then finally the doctor comes out and tell George to go in... George in a split second just runs inside... The doctor then has to leave and Mandy walks him out...
They get to the lift and Mandy hands his a drink and thanks him... he then sees her ring and realised that Bobby had proposed... he then tells Mandy about his little encounter with Bobby and Mandy becomes really disheartened...
As Mandy and Bobby leave the hospital Mandy confront Bobby and Bobby admits that what the doctor said did provoke him a little but he then says that he had been planning... Mandy then asks him when he would have proposed if the Doctor didn't come onto the scene and he honestly admits to about a years time... Mandy then takes off her ring and hands it back to Bobby and tells him to propose in a year and Bobby holds onto her and asks her to believe him that he is sincere but Mandy just says to him 'I do believe you, its just that you don't believe me'...

Summary: Bobby is still telling Annie and George of his plans for his amazing proposal...
The next morning Dad is sitting on the sofa and is a tad bit concerned and Esther and Mandy are just doing their own thing... Next thing Bobby comes in and Esther tells Bobby about the promise Dad made to Aunt and Bobby keeps taking the mic and Dad gets really annoyed and Esther and Bobby just keep laughing... Mandy, Bobby and Esther then leave and go out...
Esther goes off to work and Mandy and Bobby are walking along a parade and they walk past a bridal shop and Bobby tries to test Mandy to see what her opinion is and Mandy tells him that dresses are very important on the wedding day... Next, a girl comes up to them and asks them to fill in a wedding questionnaire and initally Mandy says no but Bobby drags her into it... after they finish the questionnaire he tells Mandy that he will get the car and then asks her to go and buy a drink, it turns out that Bobby goes back to the girl with the questionnaire and buys the answers that Mandy gave... he then happily rings Annie and tells her that he has tested Mandy and knows that she also has the intention of getting married... Bobby then tells Annie to carry out her part of his amazing marriage proposal plan.
Esther is at Vivi's house and Vivi gets Esther to go and deliver her replies to her fan mail... just as Esther is about to leave Vivi stops her and asks Esther about Harry, Esther confesses that she has patched things up with Harry and Esther can see that Vivi still has feelings for Harry so she decides to help them and she plans to show Vivi what Harry is doing for her... Esther calls the publisher and asks if Harry was going to be in and she said yes so Esther and Vivi drive to the publishers and waits for Harry, they see Harry collect Vivi's books and then sets off again... Esther and Vivi follows him and they park on the side of the road and then they watch Harry... they see Harry set up his stall and is trying really hard to sell Vivi's books to all the pedestrians... Vivi is quite moved and Esther is there to explain all that has happened and Esther tells Vivi that this was Harry's type of personality .. Esther tells her that after she said that she never wanted to see him again, Harry has tried to stay away and that is why he ran away when he saw her, but he still wants to do something for Vivi and all he can think of was to help her sell her books. After Vivi doesn't give any reaction, Esther apologizes and before she say anything else Vivi just gets ready to drive off...
Next the Doctor and Mandy are waiting in a cafe for George and Annie and they finally arrive... the Doctor then tells them that he intends to do the operation at the end of the month and he then goes on and explains everything... after he says everything he just leaves... George then goes and gets his cars as well and Annie then asks if Mandy is free to do some shopping with her later on in the week and Mandy agree...
Next it is the all important cookery exam... Aunt is really nervous and Dad gives her the task of egg fried rice with prawns... Angus, Esther, Bobby, Annie and George are all there to watch... Aunt is all over the place... firstly she doesn't clean the prawn properly and then she remember she hasn't cooked the rice but she doesn't add oil... then George reminds her that she hasn't added the all important eggs and by the time she has cracked the eggs, the rice has all burnt and she only has five minutes left... she doesn't give up and she ends up making a soup and some stir fry... Dad tastes it anyway and says it is very good... but then he says that she didn't stick to the task... but everyone else urges him and he finally agrees for her to pass... Aunt then says that he request is for dad to be with her one night... everyone starts taking the mic and teasing her and thinks dirty but she then says all she wants is to go and watch a film and then grab a bite...
Aunt and Dad go and watch a scary movie and Aunt is petrified and she scream and then she ask Dad to hold his hand but she squeezes his hand too hard and he pulls away, she then screams again and she then puts her leg over him and he spills the popcorn... Dad feels a bit violated i think...
Vivi is at radio station and she talks about her ideas for writing her book... as she talks we see clips of Bobby measuring Mandy's finger size and then him going to buy wedding rings and then we see George and Annie  checking in with the doctor and we also see Aunt not willing to leave Dad alone... Vivi talks about all the different couple and their love was the ideas that provoked her to write her book.
The next day Bobby dresses very smart and its he has a big day planned... it truns out that everyone is in on it...Annie and Mandy go shopping and then George, Esther and Angus help to set up... they move a park bench onto a pedestrian path outside a electronics store and as Annie and Mandy walk past Annie says she is really tired and wants to sit down... once they are sat down Bobby appears on the screen of one of the TV in the shop and says 'Mandy how long do you think it take to fall in love with someone?'...
