7/2/13 Love, Now episode 58 真愛趁現在 第五十八集

Summary: The cancer news has completely shocked the family to the core... everyone doesn't quite know what to say but George and Annie tells everyone that it will be fine as the will be optimistic toward the situation. 'Grandma' is the most concerned and is very dizzy after hearing the news... everyone tries to convince each other that it will all be fine but each and everyone has their tons of worry... George then talks to his aunt about not going to work and the aunt is very supportive and says that Annie is the priority now.
Bobby and Esther go home and find that Dad is nowhere to be seen... Esther picks up her phone and calls her dad and then she hears the mobile ring from his room and she goes to investigate.. they then find dad sitting in the dark... he is looking at the photo and then he breaks the news to them and tells then about Annie's situation. Bobby says he needs to find out and rushes out and Esther is left there frozen and doesnt know how to react to the news.
Bobby is at the hospital and he finds Mandy... Mandy and Bobby sit down in her office and Mandy explains Annie's situation to Bobby... it just adds to his concerns... Bobby keeps asking questions about the rates of recovery and success and everything and just does not seem to be convinced that the situation is optimistic... Mandy then tells him that she knows that he will be concerned but at the same time she is there so she will do all she can to help Annie.
Mandy then tells Bobby that the main thing is to get everyone around Annie to be optimistic and not be too down as this will affect Annie... Bobby says he will do all he can and he leaves...
Back at the Lan residence  'Grandma' is so worried that she cannot sleep at all and is restless... she goes outside into the living room and she is crying... she is worried that she will again loose another family member but her daughter, daughter in-law try to calm her down... George at this time then walks out into the living room as well and he also tries to calm her down and he tells her that he know that Annie will fully recover... Grandma finally calm down a bit and returns to her room... George then finally get a mug of water and goes back into his room... Annie is on the phone to Bobby and asks his to look after her dad and sister and she asks him to pass on a message to Esther to say that Annie is very strong and to tell her to stop crying... then she puts the phone down. George hands her the water
he sits down besides her and starts talking about the whole situation again... Annie tells him that she will be strong and as a family of her George and the Baby she will pull through.
Next we see Bobby tucking Esther in on her sofa... he then walks over to 'Dad' and then he listen to him talk, Bobby tries to talk to him and 'Dad' opens up about his sorrows of Annie's illness, he blames himself and says that such a thing should not happen to a girl like her. Bobby tries to comfort him and tells him not to be too hard on himself as the most important thing now was to help Annie and be optimistic and support her.
Back to Annie and George, Annie is asleep but George is wide awake, he sits up and looks at his phone and it is only just three oclock. He gets up and walks and goes and sits outside on the balcony... he says to himself that he will not let Annie disappear from his life....
The next day, Annie and George are at the hospital with Mandy, Mandy is telling Annie about what they are going to do... Annie then asks about whether or not the baby will be harmed during the treatment, Mandy tells her that yes there are side effects as the treatments that will be carried out before the baby has formed  properly so it will not be good for the baby, George then asks what would the doctors advise to do, Mandy then tells them that after 14 weeks the baby will have a better chance of not being harmed but at the stage of pregnancy Annie is in, she would advise to have an abortion and then carry out the cancer treatment. Annie says 'OK I know now' she thanks and she gets up and says she want to go home... George chases after her and as they walk out they run into Bobby, Bobby asks Annie if she was OK and Mandy and George then ask Annie why she wasn't staying for the treatment... Annie then says that she wont let anyone hurt her baby and that she is going to wait till the baby is 14 weeks... George says no and tells her she shouldn't wait but Annie insists... they have an argument. George is driving Annie home and she is still really defensive and they dont speak. they finally get back to her house and she storms in and George just follows, he finally goes up to her on the sofa and says 'we'll start the treatment tomorrow ok'... Annie gets up and moves  and  says that it wasnt the time... George then persists and says that that was best for her... Annie then gets really angry and says that all he want to do is get her to have the treatment and that he doesnt care about what she thinks... George then stops and says that there emotions were all over the place and it wasnt a good idea to have this conversation, he says that he will talk to her later but Annie just declare 'I will not give way' and she storms into her room and slams the door in George's face. George says to her through the door he will see her later and he leaves.
George meets up with Bobby, George then starts speaking and says to Bobby that he doesnt understand why Annie is so stubborn on the situation and Bobby then puts him into perspective about how much the baby means to them... George agrees and says that yes the Baby does mean alot but Annie means more to him that anyone in the world. Bobby understands George but he stands on Annies side and tries to defend her reasoning. George seems defeated and Bobby finally adds that the biggest problem was him and why he has to make up such a pathetic joke is the past... The two guys just stand in silence and thought...
Esther has just come home and her dad tells her that Annie is in her room and she rushes to go and see her sister, but she then stops and reflects on her emotions and she stands at the door for a moment and then goes up to her sister... Esther then asks her sister whether she needed anything but Annie says no... Esther then said that all she wanted to do now was look after her sister and Annie is really moved by these words. Annie and Esther have a really emotional talk about everything and they end up huddling together on the bed. Next the door bell rings and it is George... he comes in he walks towards Annie's room and by this time Esther had left and George is standing by the door and Annie is sitting on the bed with anger spread across her face...
