15/1/13 Love, Now episode 44 真愛趁現在 第四十四集

Summary: George and Annie are over the moon to find out that Annie is pregnant, they both shed tears of joy, finally they finish the scan and George walls out first not saying a word and just holding into the scan picture... Annie goes up to him an asks him how he is feeling and he says that he just can't believe that he is going to be a daddy so soon, he then tells Annie that she will always be his number one love and the baby will be second but Annie says that she is not like that and that George and the baby will be equal first in her heart... They then discuss as to what to do, George offers to go and buy maternity clothes but Annie want to shop for the baby stuff first...
Just as they are about to leave, Mandy sees them, she asks the couple why they were at hospital but they don't say anything, Mandy then observers that George is holding a picture of the scan and congratulates the couple.
Esther gets a phonecall later on that day from Annie telling her to bring dad and have dinner at George's house...
Esther and Dad are ready to set off to George's house when they are met at the door by Mandy... Mandy had come with some dishes she prepared and wanted Dad to try, but unfortunately Esther and her dad has to go out, luckily at this time Bobby shows up for dinner and the perfect scenario as Dad hadn't cooked so Mandy's food was the best option... Esther and her dad leaves and Bobby and Mandy go into the house, she reheats the food and during that time Bobby wants to ask her some questions but never can say them right and just asks about pointless things... Mandy picks up on this and says to Bobby, you want to ask me about my feeling towards you right, bobby pretends as if he didn't but Mandy just carries on and says that yes she does like him but she isn't there to confess her love as she knows that bobby still loves Annie and she knows that it takes time to get over someone... Bobby doesn't know what to say and just comments that Mandy is very forwards speaking...
At the Lan household, Esther and her dad have just arrived and George is busy cooking in the kitchen, George goes and gets Annie, the couple walk over to the sofa from their room and say they have something to announce... George starts off by saying that his mum and grandma will have to go on their thanking trip again but his grandma and mum are really confused, only his sister gets what is going on... George's grandma then probes again and finally George says that there will soon be another member of the family... Grandma finally gets it and everyone is rejoicing, Annie's dad then goes over to his daughter and caring lot tells her to take good care of herself and congratulates her for her pregnancy... Esther then picks up that the baby is 6 weeks and that Annie and George have only been married for half a month... She makes George and Annie really embarrassed and Dad has to apologise on behalf of Esther. The whole family then go and sit down for dinner... A celebratory dinner for the baby news!!!
George is in his room after dinner and he is looking at the picture of the scan... He then goes and digs out his camera and starts filming a message to his baby saying that he was to dad and saying thy he will teach the baby to play basketball... Annie is sanding at the door watching George and then George finally realises Annie is there... George then wants Annie to film as well but Annie is reluctant and shy at first but she finally agrees and introduces herself as mummy...
Back to Bobby and Mandy, they finish dinner and just as bobby picks up his plate to go and wash, Mandy also goes to pick it up and the twos hand meet... Mandy then pulls away and Bobby just walks over to the sink... Mandy then goes and confronts Bobby asking him why he is so scared of her and is it because he doesn't like her but bobby replies that he does like her and she was a good person... Mandy then asks is he sensitive to her profession but Bobby says no and that he respected doctors...Mandy then just ponders as to why Bobby is scared of being close to her.

Bobby and Mandy's storyline is really interesting now, I really don't understand why Bobby is holding back... It is so not like him!
Also George and Annie are so sweet and I can see that this baby absolutely means the world to George, I think being a father for George means absolutely everything!!
